    Each meal will be tailored towards healthy, nutritional eating. that focus on lean & plant based proteins, grains & legumes, unique vegetable creations that are not only healthy, but absolutly delicious. Beautiful salads incorporating seasonal fruit, nuts, and some of my signature salad drerssings that I have created during my 30 year culinary journey. HEALTHY EATING does not have to be boring, dull, and unflavorful.

     This includes 2 hour's of prep/preparation, grocery shopping and food cost, serving with a detailed explanation of each course, and clean-up.
